Our wide range of products enables us to provide complete lining systems for all areas of phosphoric acid production plants. Our proven lining technology in Rubber lining systems (on-site or workshop rubber linings), acid-resistant brick lining using synthetic resin and water glass-based mortars increases the availability and operational reliability of process equipment such as diverse digesters and crystallizers including appendant pipings, heat exchangers, ion exchangers and storage tanks.
In other areas of the plant such as floor and containment areas, trenches and sumps, coatings and acid-proof tile linings (combined linings) as well as coating systems with national technical approval from the German Institute for Building Technology (DIBt) in accordance with the German Water Resources Act (§§ 62/63) as well as mechanically anchored thermoplastic systems (BEKAPLAST®) round of the total package.
